4. Processors and third parties
Data is shared only with service providers acting on documented instructions:
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages by email.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on the contact form.
- Google (Analytics 4) — consent-gated, IP-anonymised analytics.
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting correspondence, then deleted. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are stored transiently and expire automatically (within hours). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email contact@klawsfx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
